Shepard Fairey

In class we discussed Shepard Fairey and if he was wrong for being inspired by someone elses work. In my own opinion i don’t think he should be charged because Im sure everyone on this planet earth has copyrighted or plagiarized once in their life and when Shepard Fairey desides to make this amazing looking piece he gets charged. I’m pretty sure every artist in the world has copyrighted or plagiarized at least once in their lifetime. Its not like Shepard Fairey kept the money he recieved from the piece.
